We are a shopfitting company, offering a specialist design and fit-out service. Our work covers pharmacies, healthcare, retail, commercial and hospitality sectors.

The brief may require specific personalities and styles so working in partnership with our clients our specialist design team will develop imaginative design concepts and fully co-ordinated solutions.
CAD plans, 3-D views, walk through and sample boards are produced to ensure every detail and finish has been approved before commencing on site.

Health & Safety
The Company is committed to providing an adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities, both for our employees and those affected by the work that is being carried out.
We will provide resources to enable us to develop and use suitable safety management. These will include:
- Assessing and managing risks.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, safe systems and methods of work and safe equipment.
- Taking account of health and safety issues and providing information, particularly on materials and substances, for the end users of our services.
- Providing staff with the information, instructions, training and supervision they need to work competently and safely.
- Making staff aware of their individual responsibilities to take reasonable care for the safety of themselves and others and co-operate with the management in matters of safety.
- Encouraging full and effective consultation with all staff on safety matters.
Our general health and safety arrangements are set out in the Health & Safety Policy Document, and its appendices.These will be amplified by supporting documentation as appropriate.
All our staff have an important role to play in helping to achieve the Policy aims and objectives by:
- acting responsibly;
- having due regard to their own health and safety;
- considering other people’s health and safety; and
- communicating effectively and co-operating with instructions given by the Principal Designer or Principal Contractor.
This Policy and document will be monitored, reviewed and revised at intervals as necessary, and at least on a regular annual basis.
Project management.
Our project managers and installers are experts at handling all details of your project, they will meet regularly with clients as the contract progresses on site through to final handover ensuring client is updated on a regular basis.
The project manager is responsible for liaising with the design and production team to ensure that the project runs smoothly on site, on time and budget.
Our team will let you concentrate on running your practice whilst we get the project done.

How we work?
We offer a “single point of contact” to the client from Client brief to Project delivery. Your business is at the centre of our projects .
1. Listen and collaborate.
Once contact is made, our conversation begins by listening and fully understanding your brief. Our ambition is to deliver solutions that add value and exceed expectations. To do this we draw on a rich depth and diversity of project experience, responding to each brief with a balance of evidence and innovation.
2. Budget & Planning.
We work closely with you to initiate a plan and establish your project scale and budget. Transparency with our clients is paramount and our expertise gives us an unwavering eye for the highest quality materials while remaining cost effective.
3. Concept & Design.
Our specialist designers will then bring to life your project by providing creative and practical layout designs for your consideration and input. Once concept and layout is agreed we will create working plans. We also offer planning and building control plans if required.

Once contract and terms are agreed , the transformation begins.

Upon agreement of the above, we agree dates, terms and sign contract. The works and transformation then begin.
Sample boards
We produce a final sample board for the project for approval, checking availability, lead time, logistics etc... Finally, we address any planning and building regs issues if applicable.

Our Build Process.
Production and fitting plans
We now produce all working drawings for the project, including all fitting plans, we also prepare individual production / manufacturing plans for all unitary & joinery. Upon approval they are all actioned according to the agreed schedule.

A project manager will be assigned to your project, this will be your single point of contact to make sure communication is clear and easy. The project manager is responsible for liaising with the design and production team to ensure that the project runs smoothly on site, on time and budget. Our shopfitters are fully trained so you can have peace of mind that all works will be carried out to the highest standards.
Project Execution &
Logistics
We will prepare a detailed schedule of plan and timetable is for delivery of goods and sections of the project. we will work with clients to work out the logistics of running the business at the same time, we will of course make that as easy to manage as possible.
Cost Control
With clear communication and management, we will work with client at all time to adhere to the costs agreed. If there are variation (extras or credits) we will record this and get clients approval to move forward.
Quality control
Our shopfitters are fully trained so applicable regulations and standards are complied with. We have architect and designers inhouse to find solutions onsite where required. Our inhouse manufacturing allows us to be agile and allows complex fabricating to be produced quickly to offer improvements where possible during refits.
Completion & Handover
Once the project is in the practical handover stage, we will review the project with the client. A snag list is agreed with client and this is actioned right away. Upon completion we provide client with all compliance certificates and warranties. We make sure we provide a very high level of support and after care service for all our clients.
