We give you an idea of what to expect

As part of our service, the brief summary will give you an idea of what to expect:

  • We will carry out a full measured survey including photographs.
  • Provide expert advice of what likely to be granted, the process, procedure, fees etc…
  • Produce existing and proposed plans for your approval
  • Changes to draft plans, expert advice and support
  • Provide site location plans
  • Fill all relevant forms and submission of application
