Not all works require planning approval, for example removing loading bearing wall, and mainly works with the existing demise. Our architect will provide guidance and advise.
Again, our Architect and engineer will produce detailed building regulations drawings with structural calculations. They will be job specific with cross sections, specifications and construction details. We will again act as your agent to submit for building regulation approval.
